Submission guidelines:
- The number of words of the abstract is limited to 250 (excluding title and affiliations)
- The title must not exceed 15 words
- Authors and affiliations have to be included
- Please underline the presenter
- Please do not include figures or references
- Font style: Arial, 11 point
- Follow the template: Introduction, Methods, Results, Interpretation
- Accepted format is Word or pdf document
Prizes:
We will have several prizes for PhD students and early career researchers (<10 years from PhD, excluding career breaks) for oral presentations and posters. Please state whether you are a PhD student or early career researcher in your email when you submit your abstract.
Deadlines:
- Abstract submissions open : Monday 30th October 2023
- Abstract submission closing date : EXTENDED to Thursday 15th February 2024, 5pm UK Time
You will be notified approximately 2 weeks after the deadline whether your abstract has been accepted for presentation.
